I STARTED FIXING STORES SIX YEARS AGO BECAUSE I WANTED TO BUILD THINGS THAT PAY FOR THEMSELVES.
I had no idea what "CRO" meant when I started. I just kept redesigning stores until the numbers moved. Turns out that has a name — and people pay for it.
25+ brands later the numbers moved a lot: checkout conversion up +72% on the storefronts I re-engineered, and one organic brand did 5x monthly revenue in 90 days.
Now the client work funds the interesting part — my own ventures.
